This mountain estate coffee is grown on a plantation exactly 17 degrees south of the equator. It is located on the Atherton tablelands in tropical North Queensland, about an hour our of Cairns. This is a wet process coffee with a uniformly clean bean. The coffee exhibits soft fruit flavours, mild chocolate notes and a well-balanced acidity. Mouth feel and finish are delicate and velvety.
