Grown on a 360acre plantation on the Atherton Tablelands, amongst crops of papaya, bananas and longans, Skybury's fruity flavour is enhanced by the wet processing method.

A medium roast showcases the bright, fruity acidity and mellow but very sweet chocolate notes. The coffee is smooth and delicate, complemented by a velvety mouth feel.
