The Swiss Water® Process uses pure water from British Columbia, Canada, to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics. This proprietary blend is delicious through a range of roasts, delivering bold aroma, flavour, complexity, body and finish, not least of which is a classic crema. The Swiss Water Decaf has a mild flavour impression.
